Adobe flash player on mytouch?

I have a mytouch 3g and I went on Google and typed in a video cause I couldn't find it on YouTube and luckily I found it only for it to tell me I need flash player so I started downloading it when it was done I tryed to install it but it wouldn't start installing so is there any way to get flash on my phone
