i tried to watch a video on facebook & youtube but it kept saying i needed to download the latest version of adobe flash player so i did, closed my web browser it said the installation was done and complete but it still wouldnt let me watch videos, saying i still needed to download it. i tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, restarting my computer, but nothing works. I tried looking on their website at the troubleshoot but it never gives me the information I'm looking for.
