Adobe flash player keeps popping ?

This could be a hoax on the particular website that you are viewing, which is encouraging you to download a malicious copy of Adobe Flash. If the website is legit, then I would not recommend downgrading your version of Adobe Flash - as this could leave your computer open to security vulnerabilities.

Stick to the latest version, it's probably the website itself that's the problem.
 
I have adobe flash player 10 installed in my pc running vista ultimate service pack 1 and using microsoft internet explorer 8 to browse the net,
but everytime i open the page a in the internet the message pops up saying i need flash player 9 to view the page.
Why is that , should i go down to 9?
 
If the website was write to say "use version 9" then it will keep saying it


You shouldnt have to downgrade your flash player to see this website.
