Adobe Flash Player Help?

Suddenly the Adobe Flash Player 10 was deleted from my computer so I went and tried to download another one; however, it won't download. After I click "Install" my computer's SystemSuite program opens up and makes a checkpoint. The checkpoint takes a minute and after it done it makes another checkpoint before finally letting the next page come up. On the side it claims the Flash Player was downloaded but the animation proving it is not there. I also went to Youtube where it still says I need to download it. I restarted my computer to see if it helps but nothing...Help?

I was guessing it was the SystemSuite checkpoint but I accidently clicked the Shockwave Player and it downloaded fine...what am I doing wrong?
 
You downloaded the Install file (the Flash Player 10 thing you downloaded). You have to find that file you downloaded, and double click on it. Follow the instructions in the window that pops up. Once you complete that, Flash Player 10 will be INSTALLED on your computer. Because in order for Flash Player 10 to work, it needs to be downloaded, and also installed. Be sure to remember this for future programs you download.
 
What browser are you using? Try another web browser. There could be a program that is interfering with it. or You may just got a virus

If you tried the suggestions above, and still no go. Then reinstall your Operating System
