Adobe Flash Player Help!!!?

On youtube it says I gotta download their latest version flash player, so I did but after I get back on yourtube, it still says the same tihng, did I not download it or what???
 
the problem is
1. restart our browser
2. if it does not work even after you restart, then use internet explorer. because it is the best browser for add ons like flash player
i too had the same problem thats why i can tell u this
