Adobe Flash Player.... HELP?! ]:?

My adobe flash isn't working. And I tried to Download it after I uninstalled it, and it says: When you see the installation completion movie above and text below, your installation was successful. The installation should only take a minute or two on a 56k modem.


The problem is, I can't see the video at all. What's wrong?
