Adobe Flash Player... Help?

I use Windows Internet Explorer (the latest one) on a Windows Vista Home Premnium, but i keep needing to download the flash player every time i turn my computer on. its really starting to bug me. does anyone know whats going on with the flash player or ineternet explorer?

hello,

you can download it from an independent web site not from the original web,

by the way, when u download it using this method to download:
make the pointer upper the link then click on the right click and choose "save target as" then select the place u like to put the installation of the program, after finish the download go to the place u put the file at and install it manually.

i am sure from this method.
