its not to do with flash player.
if it buffers it means your connection is not fast enough to meet the required speed of the clip you are watching.
example.
if your clip plays at250kb/s and yo connection is 200kb/s you should expect buffering.
the best way either increase your speed with your isp or play and pause the movie for 5mins while it buffers.
