Adobe Flash Player and Java Script HELP!?

I can't install flash player 10.0.22.87 when i click on agree and install the install message pops up but then nothing else happens!!! I can't use youtube or mostly any other of my usual sites help!!!

Also some website say that i need a new update of javascript but when i download and install it the message still shows up on the site!

HELP!
