Adobe flash player 10 download help?

Erm... What's going on here?

When I try to download it it'll go through the normal "save file" thing on this computer.
Then when I try to open it to download it'll tell me I have to close firefox.
I'll proceed to close it, but it still tells me I need to close firefox.

What's wrong here?
 
yes u nid to close ur firefox to insatll flash player if u not close ur firefox ur install will be fail
 
Please check again weather the downloading completed this type of error comes when downloading is in complete.
