adobe Flash movie problem...............?

i made a flash movie with camtasia and played on IE8, it went smooth without any lags-it was like a youtube video.
But when i put the movie in to a form in Microsoft access 2007, and when played it lags a lot.

Is there anything i can do to increase the bit-rate?
Should i increase the bit rate when producing the movie in camatasia?
Or should i change any settings in the ms access 07 program.
