Adobe flash error mesage?

Unfortunately this seems like a licensing problem and you will have to contact the Adobe support to have this issue resolved.

When I open adobe flash cs4 it comes up with the error message:

This product has encountered a problem which requires that you restart your computer before it can be launched.

Error:147:20

I have restarted my computer but it still comes up with the same message. Please can some one tell me how to solve this problem???
