Adobe Flash Download?

I uninstalled Adobe Flash because something kept popping up and saying it would get better if I reinstalled. So I did that and now it won't install. I've cleared my cookies and tryed multiple times to get it to download but it won't. Everything goes fine until it is supposed to download. Then it just doesn't do anything. Any Ideas? Thanks!

i had that problem an my pop up blocker was stoping me try and hold down on ctrl and alt when you click on down load
