admission in st.Stephens college ?

i have applied for B.A. History hons in St. Stephens even though i scored less in my boards. My principle was too disturbed by the assessment of the board and provided me with a recommendation certificate . Though i have already applied but i wish to ask..............can i apply once more in Stephens for the same course and attach the recommendation letter along with the admission form or do i have to test my luck and wait till i get a call for the interview and then i get to show them the letter ??Plss help me i really want to go to Stephens
