Admin code for Z370

Hi, I want to install some Jar applications on my Z370, but after I transmit it VIA the USB cable OR download it from the internet, all I get is an error massage "unsupported content file". I heard somewhere that I need the Admin code to install application. Where I can find those codes? There is any other way to install on that phone? Thank you! (I didn't find any answer for that in the forum, so I am sorry if I missed it...)
