Update: I did a Master Reset on the phone and it seemed to resolve the problem.
:!: Be sure to save your phone book, pictures, ringtones, themes, games, and any other items you downloaded are added to the phone before resetting it as a Master reset wipes the entire phone and resets it to factory defaults. before resetting though.
