I purchased a new, rather cheap bike today, had to take the front tire off in order to fit it in my car, and when I got it home, I tried to put it back together, and the breaks will NOT line up. I'm going to purchase some allen wrenches now, as the (very poorly written) instructions seem to indicate I need them to adjust the break levels. If anyone could offer me some advice on fixing this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
