Does anyone have a powerblock or bowflex adjustable dumb bell set?
If so, I'm wondering if they're much more convenient than just a set of dumb bells and plates? I like the idea of not having to mess around unscrewing the dumb bell to add/remove plates. Also given I live in an apartment, space is at a premium.
But... the cost!
I am just trying to decide whether to get some plates and say 4x dumb bell handles, or to go all out and get the powerblocks.
