I would like to be able to add a small window that pops up displaying a message for users that open up my page every time.
I want to be able to define how large the window is, and would prefer the window to NOT have anything in it's title bar (the ones I have tried to do before always display the url in the title bar).

P.S. It'd be nice if there was a button at the bottom of the little popup window that when pressed would simply close the window so they could continue on about the site.
