I'm working on a garden bed. It's mainly made up of clay soil, so I've added 3 bags of peat moss, as advised by my local garden center. I've chopped up the clay, and mixed it with the soil. I was wondering: I have 2 large containers of dried parsley in my cupboard. There's about 4 cups in each container. Would it hurt to add it to the soil/peat mixture? I'm thinking it might help the soil in the long run. I plan to add some topsoil afterwards.
