Adding both sesame and yoghurt to sauce

As a background sauce to some meat balls, i have fried some tomatoes,
courgettes (Zucchini) and added some (microwaved in a little butter)
broccoli.

Now i sometimes add to such sauces a little Tahini (sesame seed paste) mixed
into a smooth paste.

Also sometimes instead of adding Tahini to the sauce, I add Greek Yoghurt.

Now today I'm preparing a meal for some others for this evening and have got
the idea of adding both Tahini and Yoghurt. I dont trust my own judgement on
this, as i quite often make food mixes which i like, but then others don't.
Would these Tahini and Yoghurt tastes *clash* do you think?
Thanks for your opinion.

It would work for me. I make some fiber-y balls [lentils, rice & a
ton of spices] that I roll in sesame seeds & I like yogurt on them.

There are plenty of versions of tahini sauce that include some yoghurt -
just did this for some falafel the other night - quite compatible.

Does this mean you puree your cooked veggies to make a sauce with?

I have made cooked veggie sauces and butters. Sauces and butters made
with cooked & pureed to a smooth paste veggies. And while i keep tahini
on hand to make humus with i don't recall ever adding it to one of these
veggie sauces. But i imagine it would be a good addition.

Not at al, a tzatziki sauce is yougurt (yogurt cheese), cucumber,
garlic, lemon, dell, parsley or even mint, i cant see how adding tahine
to the sauce would detract from it. At worst it may not be noticed
being that the yogurt is usually the primary and most noticeable
flavour in such a sauce and the more delicate sesame flavour might be
lost in it.

You might even consider adding a bit of lemon or orange zest to
complement the vegetable (zucchini?) that you will be using with the
rest of the ingredients. Even some small amount of Feta might be nice.
