Adding another wireless router?

I have a Linksys wireless router in my kitchen, but thats pretty far away and sometimes i lose signal (if i close my bedroom door) How would i go about getting another box in my room, so i could get max signal at this side of the house? I can't link any wires from my kitchen to my room...
