adding a flex agent when painting a bodykit?

i am about the be painting my ABS plastic body kit for my car and i am curious about whether to use a flex agent?
do i need to add the flex in all steps? (primer,base and clear?).

and what would be a good "cost to quality Ratio" flex agent?
 
You are going to destroy your car. If you knew how to paint, then you would not have to ask these questions. If you have never done paint and body work before, then you are going to screw this up. Paint and body work is a skill that takes years to master. Buying a bodykit was your first mistake because it will not fit the car properly. Your next big mistake is in attemptiong to paint when you do not know what you are doing. Please stop yourself now before your ruin your ride.
