ADDERALL: Which foods/substances affect the absorption of Adderall and how?

Okay, so I've heard a lot of stuff about certain foods and other substances affecting the potency/duration of Adderall. I've been told to avoid citric acid and Vitamin C- but you need some Vitamin C, don't you? Could I drink a glass of OJ or take a Vitamin C supplement at night when the Adderall's worn off or even a couple of hours before I take Adderall? How long does Vitamin C/citric acid stay in your system?

I've also heard about Magnesium being good to take with Adderall- specifically, good in lowering your tolerance to the drug. What exactly will this do? Will it noticeably alter the effects/duration of Adderall? And what kind of Magnesium and how much?

I've also heard that milk and certain kinds of carbs can decrease the absorption of Adderall, and that baking soda can make Adderall "stronger"? As far as other medicines go, I've heard that Zoloft can increase the duration but lessen the intensity, and that Wellbutrin can completely counteract the effects of Adderall. I've heard conflicting things about Adderall and caffeine, as well as Adderall and alcohol.

Basically, I've heard A LOT of different stuff about food/substances that can affect Adderall, and I'm wondering if there's some authoritative source out there where I can get some definite information?

Any thoughts?

Thanks :)
