add a printer to a home network and use it anywhere on the web?

Is it possible to add a printer to a home network (with the network having internet access), username & password protect that printer, and use that printer from ANY(other than on my network) computer that has internet access?

what server or whatever would I need for the following guidelines:

-The printer is Username/Password protected
