I am wondering could anyone check my answers for which of the followings is considered as an adaptation/mitigation of global warming?

- strengthen fuel economy standards for cars and trucks M
- pass a law making it illegal to build within 500 feet of a coastline A
-. wear different clothing (i.e. take off the coat) A
-. invest in more efficient electricity generation technology M
- increase the price of water A
- offer tax rewards/incentives for having fewer children M
- require buildings to install thicker insulation M
- store seeds of all existing crops in a protected seedbank A
- inject CO2 deep underground, in declining oil fields, for example. A
- reroute rivers prone to flooding A

A= adaptation M=Mitigation

Wow, some of these sound ridiculous. Increase the price of water? Inject CO2 deep under ground? What does wear different clothing even mean?

Are you working on the Obama Administration?
All your suggestions sound like the new laws that will be coming down for us middle class people.
My car isn't fuel efficient, so I have to stop driving it and buy a new one, but I'm still paying on the old one so I can't drive a car.
The most efficient energy is Nuclear, Obama is against it.
Increasing the price of water is perfect, everyone needs water and they can all be enslaved by giving everything they own just so their child might have a sip of water.
Have fewer children, yes children are destroying the world, your mother should have given abortion more consideration. How would you have liked that?
Require people to make improvements on houses they purchased to make them "environmentally friendly" and if they don't have the money put them on the streets to die.
Store seeds, What? Are we going to run out of seeds?
The rest is even more stupid or just insane.
I think you should get an appointment with a professional psychologist.
