Ad serving without having to change html code on site?

Hello.

I have seen this before on another online advertising serving management software and wondered whether there are any free ones out there that can do this.

Basically I want to server an advert on the ad manager.
- I want google ad manager to generate the code for the ad in pure html so that I don't need to change the hyperlink and image on my website.
- In theory I want to be able to replace the original advert image and hyperlink behind the scenes.
- So when I go back to my website, the new advert displays and clicking on the ad takes you to the new advert.

Is this clear?
