Hi everyone.
I bought a Palm TX recently, and am currently trying to get it internet access via a ad hoc connection. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite running on Windows XP. My wireless adapter is built-in (Atheros AR5005GS Wireless Network Adapter) and works just fine.
I can set up a ad hoc network and share my Local Area Connection with it and it seems to be working (ie. the status on my laptop shows that it is "Connected"). However, once I connect to the network on my Palm (signal is full strength) and try to access web pages, a dialog pops up and says that the URL is unavailable. It does this with any URL I try to use.
Anyone know a way to fix this? Does it have something to do with the fact that I am using a router?
