Acura TSX sports shift?

i recently got a tsx and i was wondering how exactly you are supposed to use the tiptronic. for example, do you still press on the gas/break, or let go when you shift up and down? (please no dumb answers such as "shift up to speed up and down to slow down")
 
you keep your foot on the gas pedal as a regular auto tranny but it would be better if you let go off the gas about 1/4pedal.
