ACURA RSX 2006 50k or honda civic lx 2009 whats the better buy??? HELP?

i want the acura but my parents are buying the car and they say the price for the civic is good

brand new 18000 dry out

and the civic dry out can get up 2 16500 but it has 50 k miles

what do you think is the better buy??
 
well its your parents money so they ahve control over what they are going to buy for you

insurance would be cheaper with the civic and the civic has better gas mileage than the RSX right now

(I own an RSX type s, but I know the costs of having both)
