Acura integra steering wheel vibrate & loose when drive on highway 65+?

I have an 94 acura integra ls, recently just replaced inner tie rods, outer rods are still in good condition. Also did 4 wheels alignment and got 4 new tires right after I replaced the inner tie rods. When im driving up to 65+ the steering wheel feel loose and vibrate. The car doesn't have any problem turning or making sound. Not sure if the rack gears are worn out, or something else cause it. thanks
Car has 200,000miles, oem rack
