a car 10 years ahead of another will mostly always be far better than the older one. There are some exceptions, but in this case the cobalt owuld do alot better than the integra. Unless the integra RS was suped up and well taken care of (which they sometimes are). If stock parts

cobalt > integra
 
In terms of handling, power,acceleration, comfort, suspension, control, looks, interior, everything.

Which is the better car?
