Acura 3.2 CL Drive Belt, Water Pump, Drive belts tensioner, rear Pads & Possible rotors?

I went to the dealer for an oil change. The service engineer said I need to have the Tbelt, Water Pump, drive belts and tensioner serviced because of "cracks in the belts". I want to have this done but they wanted like 1500 and I don't have that much money to spend on my car. Anyways, I want to buy the junk online and have it serviced by another local mechanic. What do you recommend for the brake pads? I'll spend a little more if it makes a big difference. Thanks
