Actually really hard riddle. I don't know if there is an answer.?

You are in an unadorned room with two doors. In front of each door is an angel. One always tells the truth and the other always lies (you don't know which is which. One guards the door to heaven and the other to hell. You get ONE question to ONE angel to figure out which door to go through.
(and no, one angel does not have a halo or the other have horns.....)
Thank you for the answer but I am dissipointed about how many people don't even read the questions properly. I even put the part that most people missed in capital letters....

I ask one angel " are you evil ? " the good one will say No, the bad one will say yes...

you say to one of them,



"Are you not not not the good bad good angel that is good or bad or not?"

Then they both blow up from confusion and you can open each door and see which one you want to go through
 
It stupid how many people fail to read or how they assume that the truth-telling angel is good and will automatically lead you to heaven. He could be a truth-teller and be bad. You can't ask, "What would the other guy say?" That's the answer many people think, but we can't assume that the truth-teller is a good angel and will lead you to heaven. Make sense?

You ask either one, "If I asked the other angel which door lead to heaven, what would he say?" And take the opposite door eitherway.

If you talk to the liar, he knows that the truth-teller will tell the truth and point to the door that lead to heaven, but the liar would lie about that and point to the door that lead to hell. So, you take the opposite path.

If you talk to the truth-teller, he knows that the liar will lie about the door that lead to heaven and point to hell, so he will be honest about that and point you to the door to hell. Again, you take the opposite way.

You get to heaven either way. It makes sense if you think about it. Assuming heaven is where you want to go to in the first place. If you want to end up in hell, I'm not stopping you. Haha.
 
Ask them "Will the other one say you are guarding the door to heaven. The one who says yes is the one that lies."
 
Geez, just ask one of them this: What is my eye colour?.

Then, if the angel that you just asked had the wrong answer then go ask the other angel (which is the one who tells the truth) which way to go.

If the one angel answered correctly, then go to other angel and ask for directions then go (not to the door the angel had just said) but the other door, because that angel is the one that always lies.
