Most of you probably wont know of her but she is my favourite actress.People mostly know her from Stephen Kings IT mini series and the Ginger Snaps movies.Shes currently living in Wales and was teaching drama film and theatre there.I have heard she isnt teaching there nomore but has had a baby recently with her boyfriend there.Do any of you think im..... ' weird ' shall we say for wanting to go meet her? Im up in Glasgow and shes from Canada, i thought my only chance of meeting her would be at one of those conventions in America which i can never afford lol.
 
Yeh i know, but it wasnt till i checked imdb.com and realised shed been in Aberystwyth since last September.Do you think im stupid for wanting to go meet her?
 
As long as its not a "hang around outside her house and then jump out on her whilst she collects her milk in her nightie," then no problem, I say ;)
 
thats plan A out the window then................lol j/k.Well i sent a fan letter so ill see if i get a reply.What would you suggest i do? Or, have any of you met a celebrity of some kind or someone you have always admired?
 
Something organised is always best. Best to make sure they are in a situation where they expect to meet fans. Conventions, signings and the like are the best way to go. Stopping someone in the street might be taken as rude. Some stars are ok with it. Others will take offense.
 
Well she always says in interviews shed loved to go to things like that but shes never invited!!!! i dont even know if Aberystwyth is a big town.I do know her boyfriend is a senior lecturer there though. I was just gonna try and get there and just ask people if she stops by often or anythin or even try speak to him..............All this for a chat and a signed photo lol.Im really excited at the thought of meeting her.And thanks for helping me out Helbore, you too naughty naughty hehe.Its nice to talk about this to someone.
