Alan Rickman & Helena Bonham Carter. I've got nearly every film they've done.
I also love Johnny Depp, and while I haven't checked out all of his early stuff yet, for the last few years I've been to see every new film of his and I do plan to see his earlier films.

(You can probably imagine how pleased I was with the casting of Sweeney Todd given who my top 3 are. ;) :D)
 
There is really only one person i will watch in anything and its Jack Nicholson, bar him it takes a good film for me to watch it no matter who it is, even Deniro and Pacino as both have had their fair share of crappy movies.
 
I find this strange. Tom Hanks's presence in a movie is normally enough for me to avoid it like the plague. His boring monotonous voice and stupid face that you just want to smack can't fail to drag any movie to its knees, no matter how good the other actors are in the film. In much the same way that Kevin Costner can kill any movie stone dead as soon as he opens his trap...
