I will start the list....

Hugh Grant (sorry I likes him)
Julia Roberts (anything after my best freinRAB wedding)
Aishwairya Rai (Beautifull Indian actress was ruined for an international audience thanks to Bride and Prejudice)
Shah Rukh Khan (another bollywood actor, specializes in brilliant over acted melodrama)
Michelle Yeoh After Crouching Tiger , I have been watching out for her.

There is more but i can't think of them at the mo.

I'm sorry but he was very good in Jersey Girl. The film may not be everything that people wanted from a Kevin Smith film (not me btw) but everytime Smith writes the guy the worRAB he produces.

ooer - y'know what...I can't think of a single one! Generally speaking, there are actors that totally suit a role or can make a film, but no one actor has ever been great in everything they've ever done - or enough for me to really have a 'favourite' as such...

For example, both Ed Norton and Brad Pitt were perfect for their respective roles in 'Fight Club', yet Norton and Pitt were awful in 'Keeping the Faith' and 'Meet Joe Black' respectively (IMHO off course ;)).
 
I've always had a soft spot for Michael J Fox, an underated actor and a great man.
Also like Johnny Depp, Mike Myers (cos he's a loon!), Seth Green, Ewan McGregor and on a completely shallow note Elijah Wood for no other reason than he's a cutie....
 
I love Tom Hanks, he is my fave actor and seems (to me) to make any role believable.

I also like Nicole Kidman, she always puts in a good performance.
 
John Cusack - love him in Say Anything and Grosse Pointe Blank particularly
