Actors who've never played a baddie

No he didnt :mad::mad::mad:

He just stood at the foot of the cross and drawled, rather embarrasingly

"Truly, He Was The Son Of God!! in what is considered one of the most embarrasing scenes ever in a bibical epic.

Thats one of the reasons why I refuse point blank to watch "The Greatest Story Ever Told" one of the worse films ever made.

Billy Bathgate.

What Lies Beneath.

Blues Brothers - well, she tries to kill Jake several times.

Wild Things - well, she ended up killing everybody else, but whether they could all be considered goodies who she killed is questionable.

Can't resist the old joke:
Cecil B Demille; "Can we try that line again, Mr Wayne, but this time with awe?"
John Wayne "Aw, truly, this was the son of gahd!"

Sorry to correct you, it was actually George Stevens who directed "The Greatest Story Ever Told" and not Cecil B Demille.

A shame really because Stevens directed what many consider to be one of the greatest westerns ever made "Shane" starring Alan Ladd.

No. All this is wrong.

If an actor was the protaganist - then he is the good guy for the audience, regardless of whether his character was "bad".

Tom Hanks was the protaganist - you are mean't to support him in the film, so I wouldn't count that as playing a bad guy.

Same for Leonardo DiCaprio in Catch Me If You Can.

We should be talking about real bad guys, designed for the audience to NOT support them during the movie.
