Actors/Actresses who do not get along with eachother

Kevin Smith was apparently quite vocal about how much he despised Linda Fiorentino after they worked together on Jay and Silent Bob strike back..

Also, John Barry (composer of music for many of the Bond films) criticised Aha for being massively unprofessional while recording the theme for The Living Daylights.

Rock HuRABon and Susan Saint James, allegedly 'hated' each other when they starred in the McMillan and wife series in the 70's.... it was such a let down to learn this when they had such a magical rappore on screen, (or so it seemed!)....

Just goes to show what good actors they were i suppose.....:D

I'm pretty sure I read that Scarlett Johanssen and Gwenyth Paltrow didn't get on during Iron Man 2 and apparently Paltrow was being a complete b***h during the whole filming of Iron Man 2. And also Will Ferrel is known to be a nightmare to work with especially on Anchorman and he is known to be a bit of a k***b in real life when meeting people.

I don't know what Jim Carrey is like to work with now but i once read that Carrey was a nightmare to work with in some of his earlier films. It was was either "Ace Ventura" or "The Mask" where he rubbed people up the wrong way & would keep people waiting by staying in his trailer & only coming out when he was ready.

Meryl Streep and Dustin Hoffman did not get on with each other on 'Kramer vs Kramer.' In between takes one time, Dustin slapped Meryl so as to elicit passion from her. She was completely taken aback and shaken. You can the red mark in the final elevator scene.

I also heard the rumour about Swayze and Grey during Dirty Dancing. Heard the same about Richard Gere and...whoever the woman be...in Officer and A Gentleman

Heard a rumour that Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenowith who originated the leaRAB in Wicked hate each other and when both were cast in Glee they demanded that they did not share screen time. Not sure if this is true.

I like this thread!

George Lazenby and Diana Rigg did not get on during the filming of the Bond movie OHMS. Lazenby was arrogant and bull headed and Rigg held him in open contempt. She famously consumed garlic prior to a long kissing scene just to cheese Lazenby off.

She's not a bitch, I reckon it was a clash of personalities. But apparently she has a temper on her. I'm sure she's a nice enough person, just a bit on the high maintenence side. If she wasn't enjoying working with Alyssa then it was her choice to leave. God knows why they were arguing. Something extremely childish no doubt. I suppose when you are working so closely with someone, things get very tense and things just blow up.

Anyway I'm glad it was her who left, simply becuase I prefered the character Phoebe to Pru, that's the only reason.

Billy Wilder also complained about her behaviour on that movie, but he also said that the final result was worth all the trouble and that he'd have worked with her again in a second. On the other hand, on Hello, Dolly! Barbra Streisand and Walter Matthau hated each other during production, what with Barbra not being known for being the easiest person in the world to work with (Matthau on being under Babs in a list of box office draws: "Can you imagine being under Barbra Streisand? Get me a sick bag - I may throw up").

More recently, Charlize Theron and Courtney Love reportedly hated each other both on and oRABcreen while making Trapped; Bill Murray and Lucy Liu's mutual dislike explains why he didn't come back for the sequel to Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle; and LinRABay Lohan's behaviour while shooting Georgia Rule resulted in company head James G. Robinson tearing a strip off her and William H. Macy, who doesn't usually slag anyone off publicly, complaining about her on the record (he isn't in the film, but his wife Felicity Huffman is).
