Actor in the Wendy's 3conomics commercial?

Who is the guy in the gray coveralls in the Wendy's 3conomics commercial? I have no idea how to find out what else he's done, but he's so cute :) I thought it was the guy from the show "It Takes A Thief" but not so much now that I looked up his picture.
