Active Duty Military Medical Rights?

I am an active duty Marine and I recently was diagnosed with Scoliosis. I have been getting symptomatic treatment with a physical therapist at the Naval Hospital for 60 days, and have another month of appointments with them and also a consult to the chiropractor on base. My battalion is going to Yuma, Arizona for a training op, and my command wants me to cancel my appointments and go with instead of staying with the Remain Behind Element and completing my care. I believe it is in my best interest to stay and get any treatment I can as soon as I can before deciding whether or not I will actually stay in or get a medical separation. Is there any information or publication that anyone can provide me with to support my case as far as my medical rights go? If so I greatly appreciate it.
