Ok so here's the deal. I never graduated HS nor obtained a GED but I want to enlist in the GED program the Army offers. I sat down with a recruiter and he told me that the slots for the programs are filled. He mentioned to me that I should enroll in a community college for the meantime and rack up 15 credit hours hoping slots would be open during the waiting period of me racking up the credits. So the question is , if I do enroll in a community college and if I do rack up those needed credit hours will I be labeled as a tier 1 or tier 2? Any advice or info would be great.
