Activation Problem in store

I have a samsung u410 that I flashed to cricket. When the dealer tried to activate the phone it would not go through. He could not find a converter and said that he needed my meid nuraber converted and then all I would need to do is call him up and he would activate my phone on my acct. He said it should be a 15 digit nuraber. The converter I found gives me :

MEID Dec

PESN Hex and

PESN Dec

None of these nurabers are 15 digits. Hmmm....someone help me find out what to do? Thanks in advance for any info.

he neeRAB your dec meid and your pesn hex to activate your phone...

i didn't look before i posted that for you, but there is a sticky about meid conversion and it has a converter posted there...

please read that sticky and look a little hardedr before you post a new thread...
