Ok so my mom had an htc hero and she just got her a new phone so she gave me the hero and i went to sprint.com and activated it. I know it must be activated because my phone picture on the account is the hero. Well my problem is that i keep getting "Data call failure. Your PCS username or password may be incorrect." and i cant make calls or txt. Any ideas on what to do? oh and btw i activated it an hour ago.
