...this, so i'm asking YOU!? Okay, I signed up for the ACT in October. I need to change my test date to the December one. It is pass the dead line to register October date, but NOT the December one. Would it be possible for me to change the date WITHOUT paying a fee, or paying the fee AGAIN? Please don't give me a link to the website because I already looked up information there and nothing they had helped me. Please answer! THX in advance!
