Acorn squash:recommended time to cook in oven?

What is a good temperature and time to set my oven when making an acorn squash? I always put a bit of water in a shallow baking pan, halve the squash, and put the inside down into the pan. I just never know quite how long to cook it. Thanks. =)
 
I set my oven to 375 degrees and bake until the squash is tender and wrinkle-looking, about 30 minutes. Then I sprinkle a little cinnamon over, melt in some butter and yum! Maple syrup is also good with a little nutmeg. Or mash it up with some butter and garlic and black pepper.
