Acne

I have been on Marvelon 28 for about 2 months now. I recently had a acne breakout (few cystic bumps) and hairloss. My question is does the acne first get worse and then better. Is the breakout a way of clearing up my face from future breakouts? Did anyone else have this problem? Should I stick with this brand or try another one like Yasmin?
 
I'm on Marvelon and don't get any spots at all (touch wood!). I used to get lots when I was on Microgynon. Marvelon is as good as Dianette for spots, but without the nasty side effects.
 
Thank you for the reply :) I decided to stick with it for now. My face is better and I haven't had any bad breakouts.
