If your acne is minor, you can use products containing Benzoyl Peroxide. If it's serious, see a doctor for prescriptive medicines. Use a cleanser with Salicylic Acid. Do daily exfoliating with a gentle facial scrub or home microdermabrasion cream. I don't know what kind of products are availale in India so I can't recommend specific product names here.
