Acne Triggers

I thought this thread would be a good idea.

Theres lots of Myths but are there any real known Acne triggers.

Is there any relation between cigarettes and acne and sorry to be crude but is there any relation between masturbation and acne?
 
I don't know the answer to your questions, but i just wanted to say that i never heard masturbation causes acne. This is for sure the first time.
 
Both are triggers for acne. Cigarettes are just bad for your health, and a less healthy system is more prone for bacterial infections such as acne. Masturbation is not a big trigger but it DOES activate hormones, and hormones are known to trigger acne.
