Hey guys,
So, I'm twenty years old. And I've been lucky, I won't lie - I've never really suffered from serious acne.
But, just a quick question really, at the moment, I've been having patches, and the "odd spot" pop up around my face, my facial washing routine is twice a day, once in the morning, and once before bed - no more, because I believe that can make your body produce more oil? or something? thus making it worse over-time.
But to the point, with that facial washing, I also, if time allows (sometimes I don't before work, due to a lack of time, some days I start stupidly early..) - apply some creams to my face, namelt Quinoderm and Sudocrem, which appear to have helped a bit so far, by applying half an hour (rubbing into the skin) before washing my face/having a shower etc.
Just wondered, are there any other recommended skin care products? looking for a particularly good one to stop them coming up all together. Or any tips, links to good products used by yourself or someone you know?
Thanks guys!
